Black Panther is coming to Marvel’s Avengers this August

Black Panther, who joins the superhero lineup in a brand new addition, War For Wakanda, was previously announced for Marvel’s Avengers. Today’s Square Enix E3 Showcase offered us our first decent look at him.

The King of Wakanda is introduced in a new cinematic trailer, albeit his face is obscured until he dons his Black Panther mask. He’ll be protecting Wakanda against Klaw, who has entered the country in order to steal Vibranium for his own purposes.

According to the trailer page, War For Wakanda will be released in August. Players who already own Marvel’s Avengers on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One will receive the Black Panther expansion for free.

The expansion was meant to be released sooner, but it was postponed owing to the tragic and unexpected death of Chadwick Boseman, who played the character in the Marvel film.
