There are actually no complications at all, all you need to do is keep this in mind; why composing in there has to be a subject (not compulsory), the body and the receiver.

Subject

This is what your writing is all about. If you’re writing to your mum to Inform her about your needs in school, you can easily use “Request for Provision” as your Subject. Works perfectly well depending on what your mail is about (Theme)

Body

This is the whole writing. It normally comes after the subject and is always much in size/words than the subject.

Receiver

This refers to the person you are sending the mail to, you will be required to simply insert his/her email address in the space provided for the receiver and you’re good to go.

Steps to compose a mail

  • Log into your Gmail account
  • Click on “Compose”
  • Where it is written “To” you write the email address of the receiver
  • Insert the subject where it is written “Subject”
  • Then write your message in the space provided below the subject
  • Click in “Send”

Your message should be sent to the receiver in less than a minute. You will be notified if the mail was sent successfully i.e “message sent”
